These terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”) set out your rights and responsibilities in your use of the Lights Camera Audition website and any ancillary platforms and your utilization of the services thereof (“Platform” / “Website”).
The Platform, Lights Camera Audition is owned, operated and provide by Auriga Enterprises LLP, a limited liability partnership established under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with its registered office at UDB Corporate Tower, Unit No A-2, 8th Floor, JLN Marg, Durgapura, Jaipur-302018, Rajasthan. ("we"/ "us" / "our" / “Auriga”).
YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE PLATFORM MEANS YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THESE TERMS OF USE AND ANY ANCILARRY TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY HEREOF TOGETHER CONSTITUTING OUR AGREEMENT.
These Terms of Use form an integral part of the Platform and are to be read in conjunction with the Platform’s Privacy Policy available at https://lightscameraaudition.com/pages/privacy-policy, Platform’s Cancellation Policy available at https://lightscameraaudition.com/pages/cancellation-policy, Platform's Audition Policy available at https://lightscameraaudition.com/pages/audition-policy, Platform’s Payment and Refund Policy available at https://lightscameraaudition.com/pages/refund-policy, Platform’s Registration Policy available at https://lightscameraaudition.com/pages/registration-policy, Workshop Policy at https://lightscameraaudition.com/pages/workshop-policy, and other terms as available on the Platform as well as any other terms and conditions we may prescribe from time to time, collectively referred to as the "Terms". These Terms are considered incorporated into these Terms of Use and are deemed to be an essential component thereof. Your use of the Platform and/or Services is subject to the terms outlined in these Terms of Use and the Terms. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use / access our Platform.
We offer a Platform which provides users (you) with services as per the interface of the Platform relating to audition, workshop and training facilitation, information communication and related services to assist you to participate in auditions, workshops, get selected for a project, enter contests or promotions, upload content such as your general information and personal information, pictures, audio, video and the like, communicate with us, or utilize any other services offered on our Platform (“Services”). The Services may imply us utilizing hyper local information of users which ranges from social information to event / project / workshop information all curated and posted by the users of the Platform based on their geo-location for their desired radius and events from third party API data over the web.
GENERAL TERMS
Your access to the Platform will be solely at our sole discretion.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. You must use the Platform in full compliance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms or policies, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and such modifications will be notified to you either by placing a banner notice on the Platform or in writing on the email address or the mobile number provided by you. If you do not agree to any of the changes, please do not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the sending of the change notification will deem to mean that you accept the changes to these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to add new functionality, feature, interface or services or remove existing functionality, feature, interface or services or modify existing functionality, feature, interface or services to the Platform as and when we deem fit in our sole discretion. Such changes may be made available through updated versions of the Platform as we see fit.
Any violation of these Terms of Use may result in legal consequences and liabilities upon you, at your sole expenses.
USER’S ELIGIBILITY
Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws. We do not knowingly permit minors (individuals under 18) to use the Platform without parental or legal guardian consent. If you are a minor and wish to use the Platform, you may do so only through a legal guardian. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement or are represented by a legal guardian who does.
By using the Platform, you affirm that you have obtained the necessary parental or legal guardian consent. If we determine that access was obtained without such consent, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or deletion, without liability.
Parents and guardians may contact us to review, update, or request deletion of information related to their minor child.
To access the Platform, users must register and create an account ("Lights Camera AuditionAccount") by providing the following mandatory details:

Handle Name
The User Name cannot be modified after registration and will be linked to the provided email ID.
The Handle Name will be unique and may be modified post-registration.
Registration and use of the Platform are restricted to India. The Platform is not accessible outside India.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of the Terms.
The information provided during registration is self-declared, and we do not independently verify its accuracy.
We reserve the right to deny access to any user at our discretion.
Users may provide optional details, such as mobile number, profile image, and interests, to enhance their experience on the Platform.
Passwords are stored in encrypted form, and we do not have access to them. Users are solely responsible for securing their account passwords.
Users must notify us immediately of any security breaches or unauthorized use of their accounts. In such cases, we may require a password change, temporarily or permanently suspend the account, or take other necessary actions without liability.
Users agree to:
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Notify us promptly of any changes to their personal information.
Refrain from impersonating others or using unauthorized names.
USE OF PLATFORM
The Platform is designed exclusively for personal use by individuals seeking audition opportunities and professional development through workshops.
Users may upload audition videos and related content for casting consideration in films, television, and other projects. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, share, and provide access to casting professionals, industry stakeholders, and relevant third parties.
The Platform facilitates access to audition postings, workshops, and industry-related content, allowing users to engage with informative and professional development resources. Some features may include third-party services, websites, or applications. We do not assume responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of content provided by third parties or other users.
Information on auditions, workshops, and events displayed on the Platform may be sourced from third-party APIs or user submissions and is subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for notifying users of event cancellations, rescheduling, or modifications and shall not be liable for any resulting inconveniences.
While we reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines, we do not control or endorse user-generated material, including audition submissions, reviews, or workshop feedback. We make no guarantees regarding its accuracy, quality, or relevance and disclaim all liability for such content.
The Platform may feature advertisements that support our services, including promotions relevant to auditions, workshops, and industry opportunities. These may be tailored based on user activity, and we reserve the right to modify advertising placements without prior notice.
Certain sections of the Platform may contain sponsored content, third-party promotions, or advertisements. Any engagement with advertisers, workshop organizers, or service providers is solely between you and the respective party. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or losses resulting from such interactions.
Users may not use Platform content—including audition listings, workshop materials, user-generated content, or proprietary information—for commercial purposes such as external advertising, solicitation, or promotion of unauthorized services. Any commercial use requires our prior written approval and may be subject to legal action if unauthorized.
Unless otherwise specified in our Privacy Policy, all content submitted to the Platform, including audition tapes, workshop feedback, and user interactions, is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We are not obligated to withhold, protect, or restrict its use or disclosure. Submitting content does not establish a confidential or fiduciary relationship with us.
PUBLISHING INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM
Content Responsibility: Content on the Platform is either: (i) posted by you, (ii) posted by a third party with Lights Camera Audition's written permission, or (iii) sourced from publicly available APIs. Lights Camera Auditionis not the author in such cases and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of third-party content. Users rely on such content at their own risk.
User Reviews and Feedback: You are solely responsible for any reviews, ratings, or feedback you post. Such content must reflect your genuine experience and remain unbiased. You must not receive any compensation or incentives that influence your opinions.
Prohibited Content and Activities: You agree not to post or engage in activities that:
is misleading or misrepresentative in any way;
is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, indecent, defamatory, discriminatory, vulgar, profane, obscene, libelous, hateful, politically sensitive or otherwise objectionable, invasive of another's privacy, relating or encouraging sedition, money laundering or gambling; Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
violates any third-party right, including, but not limited to, right of privacy, right of publicity, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights;
interferes with another user’s use and enjoyment of the Platform or any third party’s user and enjoyment of similar Services;
tracks another user’s Personal Information;
accuses others of illegal products, or describes physical confrontations;
constitutes a form of deceptive advertisement or causes, or is a result of, a conflict of interest;
distributes computer viruses or other code, files, or programs that interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or electronic communications equipment of ours or any other users;
decompiles, reverse engineers, disassembles or otherwise attempts to derive source code from the Platform and removes, circumvents, disables, damages or otherwise interferes with security-related features, or features that enforce limitations on use of the Platform;
encourage criminal conduct or which may give rise to a civil liability or which is unlawful;
harms minors in any way;
threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India or the jurisdiction of use of the Platform, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation;
violates any law for the time being in force;
links directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or website or APP that are prohibited under the prevailing law; and
creates any liability for this Platform, us or our affiliates.
Violation Consequences: Content violating these terms may result in removal, user suspension, or permanent termination from the Platform.
Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
Account Termination: Users engaging in fraudulent activities, unauthorized data access, or violations of these Terms may have their accounts terminated.
Lawful Use: The Platform must be used strictly for lawful purposes. Users must not engage in unsolicited promotions, spamming, or unauthorized representations on our behalf.
Prohibited Actions: Users must not:
Overburden the Platform's infrastructure.
Interfere with Platform operations or third-party participation.
Circumvent security measures or unauthorized access restrictions.
Use automated tools (e.g., bots, crawlers) to navigate or extract data.
Engage in unauthorized linking or framing of Platform content.
Access the Platform through any unauthorized means.
We reserve the right to enforce these terms to protect its integrity and users.
INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
We do not monitor, review, or verify user-generated content or information on the Platform. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all content they provide complies with these Terms of Use, including Clause 3.3, and does not contain inappropriate, defamatory, illegal, misleading, tortious, or infringing material. Any content uploaded, including audition videos, resumes, and personal details, must be lawful and must not violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations.
By submitting content, you acknowledge that it may be shared with casting professionals, production companies, or other stakeholders as part of the Platform’s services. Users should exercise discretion when sharing sensitive or personal information and are solely responsible for managing their privacy settings. We assume no liability for any consequences arising from the sharing or misuse of such information by third parties.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and may suspend, delete, or deactivate user accounts without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse services to users who violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the Platform.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or reliability of any information available on Lights Camera Audition, including but not limited to audition postings, job listings, or workshop details. The presence of a listing does not constitute an endorsement, and users must exercise due diligence before engaging with any third party. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or fraudulent claims made by users or third parties.
The Platform is a facilitator for auditions, talent discovery, and workshops; it does not provide casting decisions, employment guarantees, or talent management services. Participation in an audition, workshop, or any other event advertised on the Platform does not guarantee selection, employment, or career advancement. Users acknowledge that all interactions with casting professionals, recruiters, and workshop organizers are at their own risk.
The transmission of information from the Platform does not establish a professional, fiduciary, or employment relationship between Lights Camera Audition, us, our affiliates, Auriga, and users. We do not independently verify the qualifications, legitimacy, or credibility of casting calls, job opportunities, workshop instructors, or any third-party service providers. Users are encouraged to conduct their own background checks before engaging with any third party.
We are not responsible for the conduct, behavior, or actions of users, workshop hosts, or casting professionals on or off the Platform. Users must comply with all applicable laws, industry regulations, and ethical standards when using the Platform’s services. Any disputes, conflicts, or legal matters arising from interactions with third parties must be resolved directly between the involved parties, and we shall bear no liability in such cases.
Users agree to indemnify and hold us, Lights Camera Audition, Auriga, and our affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their use of the Platform, including but not limited to claims related to content infringement, misrepresentation, contractual disputes, or unauthorized disclosures of personal information.
The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or immunity from unauthorized access, data breaches, or cybersecurity threats. Users should take appropriate precautions, such as safeguarding login credentials and avoiding sharing confidential information publicly. We shall not be liable for any technical failures, security breaches, or unauthorized use of user accounts.
UPDATES AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
By using the Platform, you consent to downloading and installing updates, including automatic updates. You also agree to receive promotional notifications and advertisements related to our Platform.
You consent to communication from our Platform via your Lights Camera AuditionAccount, email, or mobile number regarding offers, updates, upgrades, and competitions. To ensure timely receipt of service messages and notices, you must regularly update your account settings.
We and our affiliates are not liable for any failure in your receipt of service messages and notices.
FEES / TAXES / REFUNDS
Your access to the Platform and provision of the Services to you shall be chargeable as per the Platform’s policies and as communicated or applicable from time to time and the services of the Platform may require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information.
We organize facilitate workshops for skill development. Enrollment is subject to availability, and fees, if applicable, must be paid in advance.
We reserve the right to charge a fee in any manner we deem fit, for your use / access to the Platform after duly notifying you in advance in this regard. The fee and payment will be subject to and governed by our payment policy available at https://lightscameraaudition.com/pages/refund-policy.
We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their performance or security.
You agree that you shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies and assessments, if any, in respect of your use of the Platform. We have the right to charge fees and all the taxes as per applicable laws on the use of Services of the Platform. We further reserve the right to alter such fees from time to time, without prior notice to you.
We shall not, in any situation whatsoever, provide a refund for their Services. We shall also have the right to refuse or cancel the Services or any part thereof at our sole discretion.
NO WARRANTY
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including casting selections or job opportunities, resulting from audition submissions or workshops. The Platform's role is limited to facilitating connections and providing access to services, not ensuring any particular results.
You acknowledge and agree that use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. We provide all Services "as is," without any warranties, including but not limited to, accuracy, quality, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that the Platform will meet your expectations or be error-free, nor do we warrant that defects will be corrected.
You agree to independently verify the credentials and legitimacy of any services or opportunities you pursue through the Platform, using your own judgment and discretion.
Offers presented on the Platform, including those from third parties, are subject to the respective party's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any aspect of these offers and disclaims all liability related to them.
You understand that any information you share publicly on the Platform, including location and handle name, will be visible to other users. If you wish to protect your privacy, do not share sensitive or Personal Information, and be mindful of your safety, especially when using the Platform in potentially hazardous situations. If the information is shared in private mode, your username is hidden but your handle name will always be visible. If you do not want to disclose your handle name / username / location tag, then you should not post on the Platform. You should not endanger yourself or others by viewing a portable mobile device while driving, operating dangerous mechanical devices, or in other situations in which you should be observing your surroundings.
Our responsibility is strictly limited to facilitating access to opportunities on the Platform. We do not assume any responsibility for the success or failure of any engagements, opportunities, or interactions initiated through the Platform.
We do not guarantee any outcomes from the Services and in respect of any casting selection or job opportunities as a result of audition submissions or workshops.
LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
ThePlatform may contain hypertext links to third-party websites or services, including advertisements. These external resources are not owned, maintained, or controlled by us. We do not endorse or make representations regarding their content, security, terms of use, or privacy policies.
Interactingwith third-party websites, services, or advertisements may involve sharing information directly with them, us, or both. We are not responsible for the security, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party resource, nor do we provide any warranties—express or implied—regarding their use.
It is your responsibility to review the policies and practices of any third-party website or service before engaging with them. We are not liable for any direct communication from third parties, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, or messages, whether solicited or unsolicited. Your interactions with such entities are at your own risk.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your Lights Camera AuditionAccount and deny access to the Platform at our sole discretion, including if:
any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be false, inaccurate, not current or incomplete;
it is believed that your action may cause legal liability for other users or us; and/or
you are found to be non-compliant or is a breach of the Terms, these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, applicable laws and any other documents incorporated by reference herein.
You agree that any termination of your access to the Platform may be effected without prior notice and you acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or suspend or delete your Lights CameraAudition Account and all related information and/or bar any further access to your Lights Camera Audition Account or the Platform.
If you avail of the Services in violation of these Terms of Use, we may, at our sole discretion, retain your all data collected prior to such termination. Further, you agree that we shall not be held liable to you or any third party for discontinuation or termination of your access to the Platform and Services.
You agree that you will not create another Lights Camera AuditionAccount without our permission in the event your Lights Camera Audition Account has been deleted or deactivated for the violation of these Terms of Use.
You shall be permitted to have only one Lights Camera Audition Account and shall not be permitted to create multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are found which are operated by you, we reserve the right to suspend such multiple accounts without being liable for any compensation to you.
You can delete your Lights Camera AuditionAccount at any time by following the instructions in ‘Settings’ on the Platform. Upon termination of your Lights Camera Audition Account or access to our Services, your Lights Camera Audition Account will be deactivated. After deactivation, your Lights Camera Audition Account, along with your handle name and username, will be no longer viewable on the Platform. For a maximum period of seven days after deactivation it will be possible to restore your Lights Camera Audition Account if it has been accidentally or wrongfully deactivated. On expiry of seven days, your Lights Camera Audition Account will be permanently deleted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Your use, inability to use, or delays in accessing the Platform, Services, or any information provided.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data or transmissions.
Platform downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to discontinue Services, features, or support for certain devices or platforms at our discretion.
Loss of use, data, profits, or any other damages connected to the use or performance of the Platform.
Downloads or data obtained through the Platform, which are at your own risk. You bear sole responsibility for any resulting device damage or data loss.
These exclusions apply regardless of the cause, including but not limited to:
Breach of contract
Breach of warranty
Negligence
Any other legal theory, unless prohibited by law.
Without prejudice to the above, the maximum liability on our part arising under any circumstances due to our breach of applicable laws while providing any Services offered on the Platform, shall be limited to our obligation towards refund of the total amount received from the user during sign-up for availing the Services, as may be applicable. In no case shall the liability include any consequential loss, damage or additional expense whatsoever.
We shall not be liable or responsible for any kind of direct, indirect, solicited or unsolicited communication made by any user to another user or third party based on the information or content posted, uploaded, transmitted, transferred or sent through or by using our Services.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, partners, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from any claims, losses, liability, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) resulting from and arising out of your access to or use of the Platform,Lights Camera Audition Account or violation of this Agreement and the Terms or breach of any representation or warranty or undertaking set forth in this Agreement and the Terms or infringement, or infringement by any other user of his/her/its account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. We will notify you promptly of any such claim, loss, liability, or demand, and in addition to your foregoing obligations, you agree to provide us with reasonable assistance, at your expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage, or cost.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We exclusively own all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, trade dress, and proprietary rights associated with the Platform. The Platform has been developed through significant investment of time, effort, and resources, making it valuable intellectual property. All content on the Platform is provided "as is" for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent. We retain all rights not explicitly granted.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload. However, by posting or submitting content, you grant to us, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and communicate such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. This includes showcasing profiles, transmitting messages, and storing audition materials in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By posting content, you confirm that it is original and does not infringe any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates against any claims or damages resulting from a breach of this obligation. We are not liable for any compensation related to user-generated content.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Platform in compliance with these Terms and only for the Services under your Lights Camera Audition Account. No rights or licenses are granted by implication beyond those expressly stated.
Any reference to third-party trademarks, products, or services on the Platform does not constitute endorsement by us. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Copyright in materials available on the Platform may belong to us or other copyright holders, and unauthorized use is at your own risk. Any permitted use must retain copyright notices, and we may revoke such rights at any time.
MISCELLANEOUS
Translation of the Terms of Use:We may provide translations of these Terms for your convenience, but the English version shall govern your relationship with us. In case of any discrepancies, the English version will prevail.
Suggestions/Feedback: If you send or transmit any communications, comments, questions, suggestions, or related materials to us (collectively referred to as “Suggestions”) in any manner whatsoever, suggesting or recommending changes to the Platform, or the Services including, without limitation, new features or functionality relating thereto, all such Suggestions are, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Headings: The headings and subheadings herein are included for convenience and identification only and are not intended to describe, interpret, define or limit the scope, extent or intent of these Terms of Use or the right to use the Platform by you in any manner whatsoever.
Waiver: No waiver of any provision in these Terms shall be considered a continuing waiver. Our failure or delay in exercising any right does not waive or alter that right. Partial exercise of any right does not prevent further enforcement. Any legal action against us must be initiated within 30 (Thirty) days of the alleged harm, or it will be permanently barred and deemed waived by the user, regardless of any statute of limitations.
Assignment: All of our rights and obligations under our Terms are freely assignable by us to any of our affiliatesor in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise, and we may transfer your information to any of our affiliates, successor entities, or new owner. However, you will not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our prior written consent.
Notices: All notices and communications shall be in writing, in English and shall deemed given if delivered personally or by commercial messenger or courier service, or mailed by registered or certified mail (return receipt requested) or sent via email (with acknowledgment of complete transmission) to the following address:

The Notice shall be deemed to have been served 48 (Forty Eight) hours after it has been sent, dispatched, displayed, as the case may be, unless, where notice has been sent by email, it comes to the knowledge of the sending party, that the email address is invalid.
Force Majeure:Neither we nor the user shall be liable to the other for any delay or failure in performance under these Terms of Use, arising out of a cause beyond its control and without its fault or negligence. Such causes may include, but are not limited to fires, floods, earthquakes, strikes, unavailability of necessary utilities, blackouts, acts of God, acts of declared or undeclared war, acts of regulatory agencies, or national disasters.
Governing Laws and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles and in case of any dispute that arises between you and us in whole or in any part of the Services then the competent courts in Jaipurshall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Relationship between the parties: None of the provisions of these Terms of Use shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between us and you and you shall have no authority to bind us in any form or manner, whatsoever.
Entire Terms of Use: These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Terms and any other notices or additional policies published by us on the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision of the Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.
