This Registration Policy governs the process and requirements of registration of your account for availing the services offered on the platform known as ‘Lights Camera Audition’ ("Platform" / "Website") owned and operated by Auriga Enterprises LLP, a limited liability partnership established under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with its registered office at UDB Corporate Tower, Unit No A-2, 8th Floor, JLN Marg, Durgapura, Jaipur-302018, Rajasthan. ("we"/ "us" / "our"). By utilizing or registering your account on, the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the provisions set forth herein. The Platform functions solely as a facilitator and makes no guarantees regarding any outcomes resulting from its services. All fees paid to the Platform are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This Account Registration policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Platform and is to be read in conjunction with the Platform’s Privacy Policy available at https://lightscameraaudition.com/pages/privacy-policy, Platform’s Cancellation Policy available at https://lightscameraaudition.com/pages/cancellation-policy, Platform's Terms of Use, available at https://lightscameraaudition.com/pages/terms-and-conditions, Platform’s Payment and Refund Policy available at https://lightscameraaudition.com/pages/refund-policy, Platform’s Audition Policy available at https://lightscameraaudition.com/pages/audition-policy, Workshop Policy at https://lightscameraaudition.com/pages/workshop-policy, as well as any other terms and conditions we may prescribe from time to time, collectively referred to as the "Terms". These Terms are considered incorporated into this Policy and are deemed to be an essential component thereof. Your use of the Platform and/or Services, as well as any Information you provide, is subject to the terms outlined in both this Policy and the Terms.
Capitalized terms used herein and not separately defined, including but not limited to “Services” / “Company” / “Website” / “Platform” / “Lights Camera Audition” or any correlative terms shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Terms.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must complete the registration process by providing accurate, true and up-to-date information, including but not limited to name, contact details, and other necessary credentials, as required from time to time.
By accessing and registering, you agree to abide by the Platform's Terms and this Policy, and all applicable legal provisions.
The data provided by you during registration shall be processed and stored in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy, which you must review and accept before completing the registration process.
The Platform shall not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data provided by you or any users or any project stakeholders and shall not be responsible to verify the same.
The Platform reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason.
If an account is deleted, deactivated, or banned for any reason, re-registration using the same details shall be strictly at the sole discretion of the Platform.
USER WARRANTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You warrant that all Information provided during the registration process is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.
You undertake to update your account details promptly in case of any changes to ensure continued accuracy.
The Platform shall not be responsible for verifying the authenticity or correctness of the information provided by you or any users or any project stakeholders and casting teams.
Any misrepresentation or provision of false information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund or notice.
The Platform reserves the right to deactivate any account, delete or remove any content, or restrict access in case of any violation of the Platform’s Terms, Policies, or applicable laws.
PASSWORD SECURITY & ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords.
You must promptly update your passwords at regular intervals and ensure strong password security measures.
The Platform shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or compromise of your account due to negligence in safeguarding login credentials.
Any actions performed through a registered account shall be deemed to have been performed by the account holder. The Platform disclaims all liability arising from any such activities.
In case of suspected unauthorized access or security breaches or loss of access to your Platform account, you must immediately notify the Platform for assistance / support as provided at the end of this Policy. However, the Platform shall bear no responsibility for any resulting loss or damages.
NO LIABILITY & NO REFUND POLICY
You acknowledge that the Platform acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee any selection, engagement, or outcome from auditions, workshops, or any other services.
The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services or the decisions of third-party stakeholders.
All fees paid for enrolment on the Platform, registration, auditions, workshops, or any other services provided by the Platform are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
By completing the registration process and using the Platform, you expressly waive any right to claim against the Platform for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from its services or third-party actions.
You acknowledge that the Platform has no control over audition processes, workshop proceedings, or selection decisions, and therefore assumes no liability for any outcomes related to such services.
DATA SHARING & THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY
You expressly consent to the Platform sharing your data, including but not limited to personal details, audio, video, and other relevant content, with third-party project stakeholders for facilitation purposes, with no responsibility of the Platform for acts and omissions of such third-party stakeholders including inter aliaany loss of data or non-compliance of applicable laws by the third-party project stakeholders and casting teams during transmission of your data, Information or any video, audio and the like.
The Platform bears no liability for any actions, omissions, misuse, or breaches of applicable laws by third-party stakeholders regarding user data, including but not limited to privacy violations, unauthorized use, or exploitation.
Any claims or disputes arising from third-party misuse of data, audio, video, or any other user-provided content shall not be entertained by the Platform, as it does not have control over third-party conduct where such use and transmission of your data and the like is governed by such third-party’s terms and policies which need to be reviewed and accepted by you at your end with no involvement of the Platform.
Any use, transmission of your data and Information, audio, video and the like and any disputes relating to the aforesaid, shall be handled between the user and the third-party with no involvement and recourse to the Platform and its owners / operators.
You hereby waive any right to claim damages or seek recourse from the Platform for any violations committed by third-party stakeholders.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER & DEEMED ACCEPTANCE
You shall not post defamatory, false, misleading, or disparaging statements about the Platform, its services, or associated projects on social media or public forums.
Any violation of the Terms and this Policy may lead to legal action under relevant provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Defamation Laws of India.
You shall not share or distribute any confidential content, casting calls, or workshop materials from the Platform on social media without explicit authorization from the Platform or relevant stakeholders.
The Platform shall not be held responsible for any loss, damages, or liabilities arising due to unauthorized account access, user negligence, or breaches of security and / or related to account registration, data security, third-party actions, or service outcomes.
The Platform does not verify the identity, qualifications, or legitimacy of any registered user or third-party entity and disclaims any liability arising therefrom.
You acknowledge that registering an account does not guarantee any selection or data protection, as the Platform merely facilitates services and does not exercise control over third-party activities.
AMENDMENT
This Policy may be updated periodically. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Policy and any terms related to Platform account, auditions and workshops registration at our sole discretion to reflect changes in technology, ensure compliance with applicable laws, or for any other reason (“Updated Terms”). The Updated Terms will take effect immediately upon being posted and will replace the existing terms of this Policy. We are not obligated to inform you of any changes unless the updates significantly affect your rights or are otherwise required by law. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for any updates. By continuing to use the Platform after the Updated Terms have been posted, you signify your acceptance of the revised / Updated Terms. We recommend you periodically check this Policy on the Platform for any modifications to stay informed of the updates in our registration terms.
GOVERNING LAWS AND JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed and construed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles and in case of any dispute that arises between you and us in whole or in any part of the Service, then the competent courts in Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction in this regard.
